     My wife and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our buying experience at your Toyota dealership.

     The first day I was greeted by Mr. Denzel Watt who in turn showed me a new Toyota Prius that had just arrived. It wasn't checked out and serviced yet so I came back the next day and was greeted by Mr. Darrell Baker who showed the car to my wife and my self. I explained to Darrell that we had been working with Denzel, he said he understood and would be glad to help us anyway. There was never any high pressure sales that most customers dread.

     We just happen to be going to McKinney the next day so we stopped into the Toyota dealership down there and it was anything but a pleasant experience. We are pleased with the deal that we made; we love the car and would recommend your dealer ship to anyone. Kevin Clemmons and Tom Russell also helped with setting up the cell phones for the hands-free operation or gassing up a loaner car when we got the windows tinted. Mr. Ben Bazi also came out and thanked us for our business. The finance experience was even enjoyable with the help of Mr. Corey Brooks.

    Last but not least, Mrs. Sherry Corona always has been a pleasant greeting for us when we call or come by.

    My point is you have hit a home run with your Toyota Team.

Yes, I still drive my Tacoma, but it's not for sale or available for trade in.

My truck now has over 350,500 miles, and as is, still the best vehicle i've ever owned. I am extremely rough on it, & it's as sound as they come. I fully expect to attain a million miles on the original motor. It's pulled numerous other vehicles out of mud holes, etc., & I jump it (hit humps @ 70 mph). Aside from basic maintenance (brakes, oil & filters), we've hardly turned a wrench, except for changing out the shocks a couple of times (like I said, I jump it).   :-)

If you ever need a satisfied customer to do a commercial for Toyota - I am your ma'am!

I had the most pleasurable time. Ben Bazi (Director of Sales), Denzel (Sales Associate) were so kind. Both Ben, Denzel took a Sow's ear and turned it into a Silk Purse. They are to be commended for their dilligent efforts. I've purchased several vehicles over a long period time, and I can't think of a more relaxed atmosphere that Denzel bestowed upon me.
